Rooibos Market Spice No. 51 is a unique take on classic rooibos, taking inspiration from fruited teas and chai blends alike. It combines the flavors of citrus, vanilla, and caramel that make rooibos so delicious and hits it with the addition of orange peel, cinnamon, and clove.

The result is a cup of holiday cheer that’s reminiscent of warm evenings spent in front of the hearth, as orange and spice invigorate the room. Rooibos Market Spice No. 51 is excellent when prepared with cream (or a non-dairy alternative) and sugar and truly shines when iced down with a touch of honey.

Note that this blend is not for the faint of heart due to the hefty dose of spicy cinnamon that’s imbued throughout.
